在这个年头,跳槽似乎是职场人的常态。谁能把一份工打到地老天荒呢?能在一个公司里呆上十年八年的已经算是稀有动物。我的朋友中颇有些一两年就换一份工的,堪称资深跳槽犯。当然我也没有什么资格去批判人家,我自己,2007年辞去公职加入北漂队伍,至今也换过五六份工作,其中最长的不过两年,最短的不到一周……好吧,我的意思是,对于跳槽这件事,我是极有理论和实践经验的(包括正面的和负面),很有发言权。
