2011年8月4日,“河南省水利厅、河南省公安厅联合开展保护水资源专项整治工作”视频动员会在省水利厅举行。省人大农工委副主任张同立,省政府法制办公室副主任许和,省水利厅党组副书记、常务副厅长李恩东,省公安厅治安管理总队政委周连根出席会议并做了重要讲话,会议由水利厅副厅长王国栋主持,省水利厅副巡视员邵新民、水利厅和公安厅相关负责同志出席会议。18个省辖市设立分会场,各地水利、公安相关负责同志在分会场参加会议。

Wang Guodong, deputy director of the Office presided over the deputy inspector of the Provincial Department of Water Resources Shao Xinmin, Department of Water Resources and the Public Security Department responsible comrades attended the meeting. 18 provincial cities set up sub-venue, all local water conservancy, public security responsible comrades in the venue to attend the meeting.
