目的探析神经内科患者焦虑与抑郁症状的效果。方法选取我院神经内科收治的患者84例为研究资料,医护人员通过对患者住院期间出现的影响因素、抑郁及焦虑等情况的观察,并做好详细记录。结果在本研究84例患者中,伴有抑郁病症患者20例,伴有焦虑病症患者46例,伴有抑郁及焦虑病症患者18例。就神经内科患者而言,不同因素条件都会严重影响患者的抑郁及焦虑病症,其中包括:家庭支持程度和生活自理能力、人格倾向和报销医疗费用方式及神经功能缺损情况等,数据存在显著差异性。结论神经内科患者多伴有不同程度的抑郁与焦虑表现,医护人员需通过对其影响因素分析,制定合理的护理及治疗方案,从而能加快患者恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of anxiety and depression in neurology patients. Methods Eighty-four patients admitted to Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as research materials. The medical staff observed the influencing factors, depression and anxiety during hospitalization and made detailed records. Results Of the 84 patients in our study, 20 were with depression, 46 with anxiety, and 18 with depression and anxiety. For neurology patients, different factors and conditions will seriously affect the patient’s depression and anxiety disorders, including: family support and self-care ability, personality tendencies and reimbursement of medical costs and neurological deficits, the data were significantly different . Conclusions Neurological patients are often accompanied by varying degrees of depression and anxiety performance, health care workers need to analyze its influencing factors to develop a reasonable care and treatment programs, which can speed up the recovery of patients.
