革命委员会根据缅甸社会主义纲领建设社会主义经济的过程中从各个方面努力提高生产力,为了提高人们的生活水平,正在采取措施增加生产,并为有计划地使劳动人民享受这些产品而进行巨大的工作.增产的重要措施是原料的获得,没有原料就不能生产成品,例如缅甸的糖厂、麻纺厂、纺织厂如果没有甘蔗、麻和棉花来作原料,就不能生产白糖、麻袋和布疋等成品.因此,原料是不可缺少的重要物资.

For example, sugar mills, hemp mills and textile mills in Myanmar can not produce finished products such as sugar, sacks and cloth mulberry without using raw materials such as sugar cane, hemp and cotton. Therefore, the raw material is an indispensable important material.
