以分离获得的87个木霉菌株为试材,采用平板对峙法初筛获得8个拮抗效果较好的菌株,通过测定并分析其生长速度、产孢量及耐性等指标,研究了不同菌株对蔬菜土传病害的拮抗作用。结果表明:获得的高效拮抗木霉菌株Tr-20对温度、酸碱度和多菌灵耐性强,生长速度达2.26cm·d~(-1),产孢量为5.3×10~9个,对立枯丝核菌抑菌率达63.50%。通过ITS同源性比对分析,鉴定为哈茨木霉。
Eighty-eight Trichoderma strains isolated from the two strains were used as test materials, and eight antagonistic strains were screened by plate confrontation method. By measuring and analyzing the growth rate, sporulation and tolerance of the strains, Vegetable soil-borne disease antagonism.
