[Objective] To understand the AIDS knowledge and attitude of graduate students in medical colleges and universities and provide the basis for health education in medical colleges and universities. [Methods] A sample of stratified distribution was used in proportion and 1314 medical graduates were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. [Results] 99.1% of the graduate students knew that polygamy increased the risk of HIV infection, but only 48.9% of the respondents answered that “whether HIV can be prevented by exercising can only prevent HIV infection.” Whether HIV is more likely to infect women than women Infected men "The correct answer rate was only 45.9%. Most people think that HIV carriers should disclose their identity, scoring only (2.61 ± 1.25) points. There was no correlation between HIV-related knowledge scores and attitude scores. The main ways for graduate students to acquire AIDS knowledge are television, newspapers and magazines and the Internet. [Conclusions] Medical students have better knowledge and attitude of HIV / AIDS, but there are still some errors. They need further AIDS-related education, especially the health education of HIV / AIDS knowledge among rural students.
