随着我国不断的对现有经济制度进行深化改革,刺激着我国社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展,在城市化的过程中,社会建设向着现代化方向转变,建筑建设行业也随之发生了巨大的变化。建筑建设行业是国民经济建设发展的重要一部分组成,在建筑施工企业的日常管理中,逐渐发现项目管理对企业经济效益增长的重要性以及关键性,一个建筑企业在社会现代化建设的过程中,如何利用项目管理完善自身的企业制度,成为当前建筑施工企业急需解决的问题。鉴于此,本文根据笔者自身多年从事建筑企业管理相关工作经验,简单的对建筑施工企业的项目管理作出以下几点探讨,以供参考研究。

In view of this, this article based on my own many years of experience in construction business management related work, simple construction project management company to make the following discussion for reference.
