黑龙江省海伦县前进乡光荣村的王世尧,全家7口人,4个劳动力。1984年,他要求承包了毛家山流域的342亩荒沟荒坡,承包期30年。经过5年的科学治理与精心管护,昔日水土流失严重的荒山秃岭,已变成工程、植物措施密布,水不下山,泥不出沟,经济效益显著的治理典型。为此,王世尧获得海伦县政府授予的“治山大王”的光荣称号。
Wang Shiyao, a glorious village of Qianxiang, Helen County, Heilongjiang Province, has 7 family members and 4 labors. In 1984, he requested to contract 342 mu of shortage of farmland in the Maojishan valley for a period of 30 years. After five years of scientific management and meticulous care and protection, the bald patches of barren hills and valleys with serious soil and water loss in the past have become typical of governance projects with dense vegetation, unobstructed water and muddy channels and obvious economic benefits. To this end, Wang Shiyao Helen county government awarded the “rule of the mountain king,” the glorious title.
