采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的含量。结果表明,虎杖中白藜芦醇苷含量最高达到4·54%,最低为0·86%,不同产地虎杖的品质有一定差异。
The content of polydatin in Polygonum cuspidatum from different habitats was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the content of polydatin in Polygonum cuspidatum reached 4.54% and the lowest was 0. 86%. The quality of Polygonum cuspidatum from different regions was different.
