满族文化研究基地建立于2001年,是吉林省最早建立的哲学社会科学重点研究基地之一,也是东北地区最早一批建立的满族文化研究基地,2008年被并入吉林省特色文化研究基地系列;东北谱牒文化研究基地建立于2007年,是吉林省最早一批建立的地方特色文化研究基地,二个基地均依托于吉林师范大学满族文化研究所。在吉林省哲学社会科学规划办公室的指导下,在吉林师范大学的大力支持下,基地在东北地方特色文化挖掘
The Manchu Culture Research Base was established in 2001 and is one of the earliest established research centers of philosophy and social sciences in Jilin Province. It is also one of the earliest Manchu culture research bases established in Northeast China. In 2008, it was incorporated into the series of featured culture research bases in Jilin Province. Northeast Spectrum 牒 culture research base was established in 2007, is the earliest batch of Jilin Province established the local characteristics of cultural research base, two bases are relying on the Jilin Normal University Manchu Culture Institute.
