研究了脉冲占空比、平均电流密度、脉冲频率对Q235钢表面电沉积镍镀层增重率、表面形貌及显微硬度的影响。镀液组成和其他工艺参数为:NiSO4·6H2O281g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.08g/L,NiCl2·6H2O40g/L,糖精1g/L,H3BO335g/L,丁炔二醇0.01g/L,pH=3.0~4.0,温度50℃,搅拌速率120r/min,时间30min。最佳脉冲参数为:平均电流密度0.4A/cm2,脉冲频率1000Hz,占空比30%。在最佳脉冲参数下得到的镍镀层增重率最大,显微硬度最高,表面平整而致密。
The effects of pulse duty cycle, average current density and pulse frequency on weight gain, surface morphology and microhardness of Q235 steel were investigated. The composition of the bath and other process parameters are as follows: NiSO4 6H2O 281g / L, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 0.08g / L, NiCl2 6H2O 40g / L, saccharin 1g / L, H3BO335g / L, butynediol 0.01g / L, pH = 3.0 ~ 4.0, temperature 50 ℃, stirring speed 120r / min, time 30min. The best pulse parameters are: average current density 0.4A / cm2, pulse frequency 1000Hz, duty cycle 30%. Under the best pulse parameters, the weight gain of nickel coating is the highest, the microhardness is the highest, the surface is smooth and dense.
