目的:观察中期因子(MK)、p53、启动因子-2(bcl-2)在乳腺癌患者中的表达,分析其相关性,并探讨影响其表达率的因素。方法:以在我院接受治疗的200例乳腺癌患者为观察对象,同时选取200例健康成年女性作为对照组,观察两组患者MK、p53、bcl-2阳性表达率,分析三者间的相关性,比较不同临床病理特征的患者MK、p53、bcl-2表达阳性率的差异。结果:乳腺癌组患者MK、p53和bcl-2阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),MK阳性率与p53和bcl-2阳性率正相关,分化程度低、有淋巴结转移、浸润深度T_3+T_4、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的乳腺癌患者MK、p53和bcl-2阳性表达率较高。结论:MK、p53和bcl-2在乳腺癌患者中高表达,且其表达率受转移、浸润深度和TNM分期等因素的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of midkine (MK), p53, bcl-2 in breast cancer patients and analyze the correlation between them and to explore the factors influencing their expression rate. Methods: 200 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. 200 healthy adult women were selected as the control group. The positive expression rate of MK, p53 and bcl-2 in the two groups were observed, and the correlation among them was analyzed The difference of positive rates of MK, p53, bcl-2 in patients with different clinical and pathological features was compared. Results: The positive rate of MK, p53 and bcl-2 in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of MK was positively correlated with the positive rates of p53 and bcl-2, with low differentiation, lymph node metastasis, The positive expression rates of MK, p53 and bcl-2 in breast cancer patients with a depth of T_3 + T_4 and TNM stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ were higher. Conclusion: MK, p53 and bcl-2 are highly expressed in breast cancer patients, and their expression rates are affected by factors such as metastasis, depth of invasion and TNM stage.
