[目的]检测硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员尿氟浓度,探讨现有防护模式的防护效果。[方法]以硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员为实验对象,非一线作业人员为对照。收集晨尿,用氟离子选择电极法检测尿氟浓度,用苦味酸比色法测定尿肌酐含量,用肌酐校正尿氟浓度,获得研究对象的尿氟水平。[结果]78名硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员与58名非一线作业人员尿氟浓度均值为1.060 mg/L和0.599 mg/L,经t检验,t=3.896,p<0.05,差异有显著意义。[结论]从尿氟浓度来看,硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员的尿氟水平高于对照组,说明现有硫酰氟熏蒸防护措施尚不完善,需要进一步研究安全的防护措施。
[Objective] To detect urinary fluoride concentration of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers and to explore the protective effect of the existing protective mode. [Method] With sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers as experimental subjects, non-line workers as a control. Urine creatinine concentration was measured by picric acid colorimetric method and urinary fluoride concentration was adjusted by creatinine to obtain urinary fluoride level. [Results] The mean urinary fluoride concentrations of 78 sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers and 58 non-frontline workers were 1.060 mg / L and 0.599 mg / L, respectively. The t test showed that t = 3.896, p <0.05, the difference was significant . [Conclusion] From the perspective of urinary fluoride concentration, urinary fluoride levels of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers were higher than those of the control group, indicating that the existing protective measures of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation are not yet perfect, and further research on safe protective measures is needed.
