一年一度的企业家活动日就要到了,今年的主题如何确定,需要认真抓紧研究一下。去年我提出了企业家的修养问题,今年要进一步研究企业家的修养问题,研究强化监督机制问题,现在看来这个问题很重要。于志安跑了之后,引起了有关部门的重视,如何吸取这个教训,湖北省的一些部门领导和厂长们元月份开了个座谈会,大家感到不解和觉得非常紧迫要解决的是:我们国有企业有主管部门、有工商、税务、纪检部门的监督,但于志安却能独断专行,胡作非为,甚至连把企业的资产卖掉这样的大事别人都不知道,那么我们党的作用、职代会的作用,纪检部门的作用跑到哪里去了?看来形成监督机制,建立并充分发挥其作用确实足非常紧迫要解决的问题。
