高强轻集料混凝土具有脆性,它的破坏具有脆性破坏特征。此缺点已成为制约轻集料混凝土在广大工程领域应用的重要原因之一。因此研究开发具有高强高韧特征的轻集料混凝土是加快轻集料混凝土应用的必要条件。针对这一问题,作者研究了对轻集料进行增韧的方法,轻集料的处理主要在于轻集料自身的增强,文章采用聚合物乳液增强轻集料,以达到增韧高强轻集料混凝土的目的,使高强轻集料混凝土脆性得到显著改善。
High-strength lightweight aggregate concrete is brittle and its failure has the characteristics of brittle failure. This shortcoming has become one of the important reasons that restrict the application of light aggregate concrete in the vast engineering field. Therefore, the research and development of light aggregate concrete with high strength and toughness is the necessary condition to speed up the application of lightweight aggregate concrete. In response to this problem, the author studied the method of toughening the light aggregate. The treatment of the light aggregate mainly lies in the enhancement of the light aggregate itself. The article uses the polymer emulsion to enhance the light aggregate to achieve the toughening high strength light aggregate The purpose of concrete, so that high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete brittleness has been significantly improved.
