一、传动结构MM582型螺纹磨床的传动结构如图1所示。传动动力由液动机轴Ⅰ,经三级皮带轮1、2传至轴Ⅱ,再通过传动比为1/25的蜗杆、蜗轮传至轴Ⅲ,以后分成三路。第一路,通过齿轮5、6,传到工件主轴Ⅳ,带动工件转动。第二路,通过齿轮7、8和交换齿轮A、B、C、D传到絲杠上,再通过与工作台联在一起的螺母,使工作台沿纵向导轨移动。第三路,先通过齿轮9、10和交换齿轮A_1、B_1、C_1、D_1及齿轮11、12,传至轴Ⅴ上,再经斜齿轮13、14,带动铲磨凸轮15,使砂轮架对工件的中心线作周期的进入或退出的铲磨运动。
