词汇是语言最基本的组成单位,英语词汇教学也是英语教学中非常重要的一环。当前我国英语词汇教学更多集中在词汇的音、形和词汇的基本意义上,而忽视了对该词汇背后隐含的文化的教学。那么,可以从文化图式的视角来分析《畅通英语》中的词汇所隐含的文化内涵,探究文化图式理论在高职高专英语词汇教学中的应用。
Vocabulary is the most basic unit of language, English vocabulary teaching is also a very important part in English teaching. At present, the teaching of English vocabulary in our country is more focused on the basic meaning of vocabulary, form and vocabulary of lexicon while neglecting the teaching of the hidden culture behind the vocabulary. Then, from the perspective of cultural schemata, we can analyze the cultural connotations of the words in “Unobstructed English” and explore the application of cultural schema theory in English vocabulary teaching in higher vocational colleges.
