学术委员会第一次会议于1998年7月10日上午在科学会堂举行。市科协学术部王志峰同志到会,并对学术活动安排作了指导。会议由学术委员会主任朱三元副理事长主持。会上通过了学会第五届学术年会优秀论文名单,一等奖4篇、二等奖8篇,学会将颁发优秀论文证书。各专业委员会汇报了各自组成名单和1998-1999年度学术活动计划,并对学会学术活动提出了许多有益的建议。经协商和调整,10个专业委员会和远程医疗专题组的组成人员有100余人,学术活动计
The first meeting of the Academic Committee was held in the Science Hall on the morning of July 10, 1998. Comrade Wang Zhifeng of the Academic Department of the City Association for Science and Technology came to the meeting and gave guidance on the arrangements for academic activities. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Sanyuan, the director of the Academic Committee. At the meeting, a list of excellent papers for the 5th Academic Annual Meeting was passed. There were 4 first-prize awards and 8 second-class awards. The Society will issue a certificate of outstanding papers. The professional committees reported on their respective lists and the 1998-1999 academic activities plan, and made many useful suggestions on academic activities. After consultation and adjustment, there are more than 100 members of the 10 professional committees and telemedicine thematic groups.
