目前不少市(地)政府办公厅(室)在参照国务院和省(区、市)政府公文主题词表的基础上,颁布了适应本区域、本部门使用的公文主题词表.但为何要使用政府公文主题词、如何在政府文件中较好地推广使用主题词,还存在一些模糊认识.现将我省政府机关公文主题词的使用情况作一介绍,以供参考.一、什么是主题词?主题词是人们在实践中总结出来能表达文献基本内容并经过规范化处理的词汇.主题词按照一定规则经过编码能为计算机所识别.
