采用茎尖组织培养技术,建立了白术(Atractylodes macrocephalaKoidz.)的无菌试管苗体系。通过一系列筛选试验,筛选出白术快速繁殖的最佳培养基组成。结果表明:最适宜的外植体为1.2 mm的茎尖;诱导丛生芽的最适培养基为:MS+蔗糖6%+6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)1.0 mg/L;诱导生根最适培养基为:1/2MS+IAA(吲哚乙酸)0.5 mg/L+ABT(生根粉)0.5 mg/L+PP333(多效唑)0.25 mg/L。
Aseptic tube seedling system of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. Was established by shoot tip tissue culture. Through a series of screening experiments, the best culture medium composition of Atractylodes macrocephalus was screened out. The results showed that the most suitable explants were 1.2 mm shoot tips and the optimum culture medium for inducing shoots was MS + sucrose 6% + 6-BA (6-benzylaminopurine) 1.0 mg / L. The medium consisted of 1 / 2MS + IAA 0.5 mg / L + ABT (rooting powder) 0.5 mg / L + PP333 (paclobutrazol) 0.25 mg / L.
