This article describes a continually compressive cell culture system that produces an orthodontic effect on the pressure side. In this study, the system was used to observe the effect of sustained compression of human osteoblast-like cell line (HOS) cells. The results were as follows: ① The activity of alkaline phosphatase of HOS cells was measured under continuous compressive forces of 0, 1, 5, 10, and 20 g / cm ~ 2, respectively. .②Compared with the continuous compressive force of 10g / cm ~ 2 and the culture time of 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h respectively, the activity of alkaline phosphatase in HOS cells was increased with the prolongation of time. At each time point, the activity of the stressed group was significantly higher than that of the control group. ③ The morphology of HOS cells shows that sustained compression can cause cell degeneration. ④ continued pressure
