目的探讨不同体质指数(BMI)的2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)的可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(SVCAM-1)水平以及胰岛素抵抗(IR)程度。方法将130例T2DM患者根据BMI分为正常体重组(41例)、超重组(49例)和肥胖组(40例),比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和SVCAM-1、IR程度的差异。结果(1)肥胖组的SVCAM-1水平高于正常体重组NMS组(P<0.05),肥胖组与超重组FIns、HOMA-IR、IAI高于体重正常组(P<0.05)。(2)相关分析显示,血清SVCAM-1与收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素作用指数(IAI)正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)负相关。结论肥胖T2DM患者SVCAM-1水平升高,IR程度加重。
Objective To investigate the levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (SVCAM-1) and insulin resistance (IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with different body mass index (BMI) Methods According to the BMI, 130 patients with T2DM were divided into normal weight group (41 cases), overweight group (49 cases) and obesity group (40 cases). The biochemical indexes such as blood lipid and glucose metabolism and SVCAM-1 Differences in the degree of IR. Results (1) The levels of SVCAM-1 in obesity group were higher than those in normal weight group (P <0.05). FIns, HOMA-IR and IAI in obesity group and overweight group were higher than those in normal weight group (P <0.05). (2) Correlation analysis showed that SVCAM-1 was positively correlated with SBP, FPG, TG, HOMA-IR, IAI, and High density lipoprotein (HDL-C) negatively correlated. Conclusion The level of SVCAM-1 in obese T2DM patients is elevated and the degree of IR is increased.
