医院药房是整个医院医疗服务的重要组成部分,是医院的一个职能部门,在整个医院的构件中处于一个重要的地位,不仅仅是医院对外的窗口,而且也能反映出医院的形象,成为展示医院精神面貌和医疗服务水平的平台。医院药房不仅给患者提供药品及药品使用等方面的知识,而且最重要的是保证药品的质量和保证患者安全有效地使用药品,这就要求药房工作人员应具有足够的药学方面知识和责任心。因此,加强医院药房管理具有非常重要的现实意义。本文从医院药房管理中的一些问题提出几点改进建议。
