目的 探讨癌基因Bc1- 2与胃癌细胞凋亡的关系 ,进一步研究胃癌发生的分子机制。方法 用免疫组化法检测 30例胃癌患者的癌组织中Bc1- 2的表达 ,并在光镜下对受检组织HE染色切片进行凋亡细胞计数。结果 Bc1- 2阳性胃癌的细胞凋亡指数明显低于Bc1- 2阴性胃癌。结论 Bc1- 2有抑制胃癌细胞凋亡的作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between oncogene Bcl-2 and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells and further study on the molecular mechanism of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Bc1-2 in cancer tissue of 30 patients with gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry and the apoptotic cells were counted by HE staining. Results The apoptosis index of Bc1-2 positive gastric cancer was significantly lower than that of Bc1-2 negative gastric cancer. Conclusion Bcl-2 can inhibit the apoptosis of gastric cancer cells
