In 1989, the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the more than 40 years in power led the Communist Party to step down. Countries have removed from the constitution provisions on the leadership of the Communist Party in the life of the country, excluding Communists from such basic units as state organs, military forces, public security, factories and schools. Many Communists have been shocked, persecuted and even killed . After six years, some former Communists in Eastern Europe have regained their power. At present, with the exception of the Czech Republic and Albania, all the other Eastern European countries are former Communists. Of course, this one has its reason.
