目的:研究甲苯咪唑药盐和复方甲苯咪唑群众性驱虫的效果。方法:按《全国肠道蠕虫病防治试点方案》,选择长乐市(青山、青桥)与南靖县(珩坑、田边)的4个村为试点,进行观察。结果:两批驱虫3年后,总感染率分别由原来的91.4%、85.7%、70.1%和80.6%,下降至25.3%、14.6%、1.8%和3.5%。其中钩虫下降率为96.5%~98·8%。蛔虫下降车17·6%~97.4%。鞭上下降率82.7%~88.5%。南靖县防治效果尤为满意,已达到控制流行的目标。结论:甲苯咪哇药盐用于社区驱虫,具有服药简便、受治率高、副反应轻的优点,适合现场大面积推广使用。
Objective: To study the effects of mebendazole salt and compound mebendazole in general deworming. Methods: According to the “National Pneumoconiosis Prevention and Control Pilot Program”, 4 villages in Changle (Qingshan, Qingqiao) and Nanjing (Hengting, Tanabe) were selected as experimental sites for observation. Results: After three years of deworming, the total infection rate dropped from 91.4%, 85.7%, 70.1% and 80.6% to 25.3%, 14.6%, 1.8% and 3.5% respectively. The hookworm descent rate was 96.5% ~ 98.8%.
