本文介绍了某机载雷达发射机自带风机散热的热设计过程,重点阐述了从风道结构排布、选择导热性能良好的材料制作散热器等多方面采取措施来减少热阻,提高散热效率。利用Ⅰcepak软件对热设计结果进行仿真、校核,设计结果满足散热需求。通过试验测试,发射机工作正常,热设计满足使用需求。
This paper introduces the thermal design process of an airborne radiator of an airborne radar transmitter. It mainly elaborates the measures taken to reduce the thermal resistance and improve the heat dissipation efficiency by arranging the air duct structure, choosing the material with good thermal conductivity, and so on. . Using Icepak software to simulate and verify the thermal design results, the design results meet the cooling requirements. Through the test test, the transmitter is working properly, thermal design to meet the needs of use.
