目的探讨高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折内固定失败的有效治疗方法。方法采用股骨近端肿瘤假体置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折内固定失败11例。结果随访6～36个月,平均18个月。术后1周均可以扶助行器下地行走,按功能评定标准进行评定:优5例,良4例,可2例。结论通过全面的术前准备,良好的术中操作,有效的术后康复指导,选择股骨近端肿瘤假体置换是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折内固定失败的有效方法。
Objective To explore the effective treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric comminuted fracture internal fixation failure. Methods The treatment of proximal femoral neck prosthesis replacement in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric comminuted fracture failure in 11 cases. The results were followed up for 6 to 36 months, an average of 18 months. One week after operation, the walking device can be walked under the device and evaluated according to the function evaluation standard: excellent in 5 cases, good in 4 cases and fair in 2 cases. Conclusion Through comprehensive preoperative preparation, good intraoperative operation and effective postoperative rehabilitation guidance, the selection of proximal femoral neck prosthesis replacement is an effective method for the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric comminuted fracture internal fixation failure.
