教育形式的变化,增加了高职高专医学生的就业难度,实施大学生自主创业已经成为解决就业难的主要方式。目前很多高校都结合实际发展现状,针对性开展了医学生创业教育,但是受各种因素影响,导致医学生创业教育工作存在很多问题。如何做好高职高专医学生创业教育已经成为众多人员研究的主要问题,必须及时对其进行分析,本文主要结合当前高职高专医学生就业现状,针对性提出一些创业教育方法,希望可以给相关人员提供借鉴。
Changes in educational forms have increased the employment difficulty of medical students in higher vocational colleges and universities.
