目的:分析克霉唑局部应用联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机数字表法将109例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者分为2组,单药组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗,联合组给予克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗,均治疗30天后,观察2组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:联合组总有效率90.91%明显优于单药组75.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率9.09%与单药组5.56%比较,校正x2=0.1158,差异无统计学意义(P=0.7336>0.05)。结论:克霉唑局部应用联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎效果确切,能够显著改善临床症状与体征,降低复发率,在提高患者生存质量和改善预后方面具有非常重要的意义。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of topical application of clotrimazole combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods: 109 cases of recurrent Candida vaginitis patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The single drug group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets. The combined group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazole. After 30 days, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 90.91% in combination group and 75.93% in single drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was 9.09% The difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.7336> 0.05). Conclusion: Topical application of clotrimazole combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candidiasis vaginitis is effective, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients with great significance.
