随着经济水平的不断提高,建筑行业随之蓬勃发展,建筑规模日益扩大,建筑数量也逐渐增多,政府及社会大众越来越关注建筑的实用舒适性与质量安全性。那么,为了提高建筑的安全性就必须做好质量控制工作。本文研究了建设工程质量控制的影响因素,分析了建设项目质量控制存在的问题,并提出了建议。
With the continuous improvement of economy, the construction industry is booming. With the increasing scale of buildings and the increasing number of buildings, the government and the general public are paying more and more attention to the practical comfort and quality and safety of buildings. Well, in order to improve the safety of the building, quality control must be done. This paper studies the influencing factors of construction project quality control, analyzes the existing problems of construction project quality control and puts forward some suggestions.
