研究了Ni(Ⅱ)-3,5-diCl-PADMA-SDS体系显色反应的条件.在pH4.5~6.0范围内,体系形成一种稳定的蓝紫色配合物,最大吸收波长位于586nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.17×10~5,Ni(Ⅱ)与3,5-diCl-PADMA的组成比为1:2.0~0.4μgNi/ml符合比尔定律.方法简便、快速、结果稳定,采用硫脲、氟化铵、焦磷酸钠作掩蔽剂,可消除Cu~(2+)、Pd~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Fe~(3+)等离子的干扰,用于直接测定铝合金中的微量镍,结果满意.
The conditions for the color reaction of Ni (Ⅱ) -3,5-diCl-PADMA-SDS system were studied. The system formed a stable blue-violet complex with the maximum absorption wavelength at 586nm in the range of pH4.5 ~ The molar extinction coefficient is 1.17 × 10 ~ 5, and the composition ratio of Ni (Ⅱ) to 3,5-diCl-PADMA is 1: 2.0 ~ 0.4μgNi / ml.The method is simple, rapid and stable with thiourea, Ammonium fluoride and sodium pyrophosphate as masking agents can eliminate the interference of Cu ~ (2 +), Pd ~ (2 +), Al ~ (3 +) and Fe ~ (3+) In the trace of nickel, the results are satisfactory.
