我国正处于社会转型以及网络迅速普及的重要时期,这一阶段爆发的群体性事件是由多种社会复杂因素共同作用产生的。其中既有传统经济体制遗留的深层次的利益分割问题,同时也不可避免地受到新兴事物以及新环境的作用产生了一些新情况新问题。但是作为一种社会现象,群体性事件的产生、发展、演化依然遵循社会活动的一般性规律,有迹可觅,有章可寻。这为深入分析和研究群体性事件演进的基本规律奠定了坚实的基础。纵观我国近年来发生的群体性事件大体包括农村征地补偿、城市拆迁安置、企业改制、欠资纠纷、军转人员安置、涉法涉诉、环境污染、灾害事故、社会保障等比较敏感的社会问题。本文旨在从横向和纵向的两个维度研究群体性事件的演进过程,分析群体性事件中不同层次参与人的动机和行为,网络在不同维度不同参与人中的作用,以及网络手段的出现对群体性事件的影响等若干问题。

The purpose of this paper is to study the evolution of mass incidents in both horizontal and vertical dimensions, to analyze the motivation and behavior of participants at different levels in mass incidents, the role of the network among different participants in different dimensions, and the emergence of cyber-means The impact of mass incidents and other issues.
