踝关节作为人体承重时最大的屈戊关节,其中维持踝关节稳定性的最主要结构是三角韧带,尤其是内侧踝关节的稳定性[1].关于踝关节三角韧带因其韧带分束多而模糊,变异性多,国内研究数量仅为膝关节前交叉韧带1/16,使得三角韧带的解剖存在较大争议,临床上对于三角韧带损伤是否进行带线锚钉修复也存在争议.对踝关节三角韧带的解剖及生物力学测验,为诊断其病变提供资料,为临床带线锚钉修复三角韧带提供生物力学基础.
