以巴西品种香蕉组培苗为材料,选用椰糠、玄武岩砖红壤土(简称泥土)、有机肥、河沙为基质,研究了16种不同配比基质对香蕉组培苗生长的影响。结果表明,适量椰糠的加入有利于香蕉组培苗的生长,且利于香蕉组培苗提前出圃,最佳基质为处理8,即椰糠∶泥土∶有机肥∶河沙为2∶4∶0.05∶0(体积比),出圃时其假茎粗度、高度、新增叶叶长、新增叶叶宽、干物质量分别比对照增加67.4%、22.9%、42.7%、27.4%、30.9%,而且提高了幼苗的SPAD值。
The effects of 16 different substrates on the growth of banana tissue culture seedlings were studied using the tissue culture seedlings of Brazilian banana varieties as materials, using coconut husk, basal brick red loam soil (referred to as soil), organic fertilizer and river sand as substrates.
