办公室如何当好党委的左右手,更好地发挥工作的主动性、积极性和创造性呢?我的体会是;发扬一种精神、搞好两个贴近、发挥三个作用、做到四个过硬。一、发扬一种精神。就是要发扬吃苦耐劳、无私奉献、甘当无名英雄的精神。办公室工作是一项清贫、辛苦而又光荣的工作。不管是起草文件、撰写讲话,还是行政后勤,它的成绩和效益都不会像搞经济工作那样显而易见。可以说是“报上无名,电台无声,电视无影”。因此,走进了办公室这个大门,就要有不为名,不为利,埋头苦干的思想准备;就要自觉抵制各种不正之风的
How can the office be a good party holder and better exert the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the work?
