儿童是祖国的花朵,是祖国的未来,对儿童的成长全社会都负有责任。其中也包括我们音乐工作者。不久前公布了《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》。未成年人的思想道德建设是中国特色社会主义建设的根本大计。刚才我向大家传达的中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘云山同志的批示明确指出:“中国音协要把儿歌创作作为一项重要任务下决心抓好,力争一两年内有一批成果。”这既说明中央的高度重视,也给予了中国音乐工作者重要任务。我们要认真学习领会贯彻落实。今天请大家来开会共商大计,就是请大家共同努力,把这项关系祖国命运和子孙后代的大事办好。 音乐是一种美好的艺术,我们的音乐要发现美、发掘美、宏扬美、创作美。让我们的音乐和歌曲给儿童以美的熏陶、美的教育、美的鼓舞、美的享受。让他们在美好歌声的陶冶中感奋起来,高尚起来,为全面建设小康社会,为祖国的现代化、为中华民族的伟大复兴而茁壮成长!
