The board lift method is a method used abroad in the construction of residential and public buildings. The basic principle is to superimpose and pour the building roofs and floors on the construction site. After the pillars were erected, the pillars were used as the guide frames, and the jacks and the roof panels were lifted to the designed height and fixed with jacks. This principle was proposed by American scholars as early as 1913. Because there is no good solution to the overlapping production method of beamed floor slabs and the combination method of slabs and columns, the slab lifting method has not been practical for a long time. Until 1948, the American architects Philip N. Youz and Thomas B. Schleke used the lifting plate method to practice. In 1950, they built the first building method.
