赵宗福,1955年生人。先后两次师从于民俗学大师钟敬文先生,获民俗学博士学位。1993年被聘为副研究员,1996年9月破格晋升为教授,1993年起享受国务院特殊津贴。现任青海省社会科学院院长,兼任中国民俗学会副会长、中国少数民族文学学会副理事长、青海省民俗学会会长、青海省民间文艺家协会主席、青海省昆仑文化研究会会长,并兼西北民族大学、日本
Zhao Zongfu, born in 1955. He has twice been in charge of the master of folklore, Mr. Zhong Jingwen, and received a doctorate degree in folklore.
