一、项目简介该项目村位于县城西北7公里处,交通便利。该村现有耕地1782亩,玉米种植面积1350亩,7个村民小组,全村总人口1132人,总户数498户,2011年全村经济总收入2820万元,村级可支配收入80万元,农民人均纯收入7774元。2007年,为解决农村废弃秸秆乱堆放和随地焚烧问题,孙沟村村委会根据本村的总体规划及国家对可再生资源的利用扶持政策,提出建一座生物质气化站,采用生物质气化技术,使秸秆变废为宝,为农民提供清洁、高效的生活用生物质燃气,既充分利用生物质资源,又减轻日益减少的常规石
