以传统的血液保养液CPD（citratephosphatedextrose）为对照组，检测了一种新配方血液保养液CPGA（citratephosphateglucose－adenine）的保存效果。实验结果证实了用CPGA保存全血在4℃保存0、7、14、21、28、35、42d各时间阶段各项主要质量指标均优于用CPD保存的全血。提示CPGA对全血的保存效果良好，有效保存期至少为35d。
The traditional blood maintenance solution CPD (citratephosphatedextrose) as a control group, tested a new formula blood maintenance solution CPGA (citratephosphateglucose-adenine) preservation effect. The experimental results confirmed that the main quality indexes of whole blood preserved by CPGA at 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42d at 4 ℃ were all better than that of whole blood preserved by CPD. Tip CPGA good preservation of whole blood, the effective shelf life of at least 35d.
