2008年10月16日,走进法派集团的一楼会议大厅内,首先映人眼帘的是挂在最上方的“政企联动、攻坚克难”八个大字横幅。在华尔街金融风暴爆发后,在经济全球化的今天,中国也面临着严峻的考验,在温州传统行业中,服装、鞋革、打火机、眼镜等等都不同程度地受到了冲击。在这样的背景下,为了帮助温州传统产业提升创新能力和自身的竞争力,温州市委、市政府在全市开展了“政企联动、攻坚克难”的企业服务年活动,召开了全市科技创新暨工业转型升级大会,推出了一系列政策措施,坚定信心,突破制约,为企业营造良好的发展环境。10月16日,温州市政协主席包哲东率部分经济界的市政协委员,走访我市5家企业,倾听收集他们应对金融危机的办法和对党委、政府的相关建议,并积极为企业出谋划策,帮助企业共渡难关。
