The purpose of this study is to study how the differences in regional endowments of enterprises can affect the adjustment of the proportion of state-owned shareholdings in local enterprises through the agglomeration of foreign-funded enterprises. The dependent variable is the state-owned shareholding ratio of the enterprise. The key variables are the concentration of foreign-funded enterprises acting as instrumental variables through regional differences in natural and human endowments, as well as the geographic location characteristics of the enterprises, including transportation and economic location. Based on the World Bank survey data of industrial survey database and using the IV-Tobit estimation method, the study finds that: 1 The higher degree of agglomeration of foreign-funded enterprises will reduce the shareholding of state-owned enterprises in the same industry; 2 The more prosperous regions of major mineral resources and foreign investment The degree of agglomeration of enterprises is relatively low, while the higher the level of humanities education is, the higher the degree of agglomeration of foreign-funded enterprises is; 3 the influence of the location characteristics of traditional coastal areas along the Yangtze River and special economic zones on the ownership structure of enterprises gradually diminishes, The role of mixed ownership economic development is increasingly apparent. Finally, based on this, we put forward policy suggestions on developing a mixed ownership economy.
