本文报告异紫堇定抗猕猴失血性休克的作用。实验结果表明该药能改善失血性休克猕猴的微血管功能、升高股动脉血压、增加股动脉血流量,但减慢心率。用药20分钟后,再配合输血能使休克猕猴各实验指标迅速恢复正常。这些作用表明异紫堇定具有抗失血性休克的作用。
This article reports the effect of metacincinidine on anti-macaque hemorrhagic shock. The experimental results show that the drug can improve microvascular function in hemorrhagic shock monkeys, raise femoral arterial blood pressure, increase femoral artery blood flow, but slow down the heart rate. 20 minutes after treatment, and then with the blood transfusion can shock the experimental indicators of macaques quickly returned to normal. These effects indicate that iso-purpurin has anti-hemorrhagic shock effects.
