新形势下,事业单位思想政治工作的开展遇到了新的挑战。因为,事业单位工作人员与其他人一样,思想随着时代的变化而发生了一些改变,与此同时,事业单位内部的思想政治工作方法也亟需改进。事业单位在开展各项工作时,需要多方面工作人员的有机配合,形成一个和谐有序的工作环境,这样才能提高工作效率。如果事业单位内部人员的思想得不到统一,工作时没有一个明确的目标,也就无法加强其凝聚力,故思想政治工作机制得不到有效完善,对于事业单位工作的开展极为不利。本文针对新时期事业单位如何进行思想政治工作的完善展开了思考,并给出了相关建议。
Under the new situation, the undertaking of ideological and political work of institutions has encountered new challenges. Because, like other people, the staff of institutions and institutions have undergone some changes in their thinking with the changes of the times. At the same time, the ideological and political work methods within the institutions are in urgent need of improvement. Institutions in carrying out various tasks, the need for multi-faceted organic staff to form a harmonious and orderly working environment, so as to improve work efficiency. If the internal staff’s thinking is not unified, there is no clear goal at work, and the cohesion can not be strengthened, the ideological and political work mechanism can not be effectively improved, which is extremely unfavorable to the work of public institutions. In this paper, I think about how to improve the ideological and political work in public institutions in the new period, and give some suggestions.
