高校教师在长期的教学过程中,除了自身渊博的学识会对学生产生不可估量的影响以外,其日常行为举止甚至穿衣打扮也会直接或间接地影响学生正确的审美观和人生观,所以在个性化的现代社会里教师的着装也是融入教学的重要组成部分。本文从高校教师着装弊端出发,探讨了在提倡个性化的现代社会里,高校教师应当如何进行合理的着装从而达到衣着个性与教育规范、个人形象与职业形象的有机统一。
In the long-term teaching process, in addition to their profound knowledge of students will have an immeasurable impact on students, their daily behavior and even dress will also directly or indirectly affect students’ correct aesthetic outlook and outlook on life, so in Teachers’ dress in a personalized modern society is also an important part of teaching. Based on the disadvantages of university teachers’ dress code, this article explores how college teachers should dress properly so as to achieve the unity of personalities and educational norms, personal images and professional images in the promotion of personalized modern society.
