Example 1 Female, 37 years old. 2 years ago because of recurring gross hematuria, with frequent urination, urgency, dysuria and dysuria in June 1994 admission. Physical examination: visible multiple scattered mass in the face and perineum, soft, clear boundary, no tenderness. B-ultrasound showed posterior bladder posterior wall right there is a 9.3cm × 5.5cm × 4.0cm irregular marginal substantive lesions. IVU shows the lower edge of the bladder smooth, not filling the upper edge of the center
