On July 30, 2008, the Institute of Evidence Studies of Law School of Renmin University of China and Guyuan People’s Procuratorate of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region jointly held a seminar on the causes and countermeasures of crime of forced exploitation by torture in Guyuan City.
