以“巨峰”葡萄叶片为试材,葡萄霜霉病菌为研究对象,研究了常用抗生素2%武夷菌素300倍液、2%春雷霉素200倍液、3%多抗霉素1 000倍液、20%井冈霉素1 000倍液4种抗生素对葡萄霜霉病菌的预防及治疗作用。结果表明:武夷菌素、春雷霉素、多抗霉素3种抗生素对葡萄霜霉病的预防效果分别为85.97%、57.89%和70.18%,井冈霉素无明显预防效果,春雷霉素对葡萄霜霉病菌有治疗作用,脂溶性渗透剂对春雷霉素治疗葡萄霜霉病有一定的增效作用。
Taking “Kyoho” grape leaves as tested material and Plasmopara viticola as research object, we studied the effect of commonly used antibiotics 2% WuYuMu 300 times, 2% kasugamycin 200 times, 3% polyoxin 1 000 Efficacy of Four Antibiotics with Magnaportheseticillin 1 000 Times and 20% Jinggangmycin on Plasmopara viticola. The results showed that the preventive effects of three antibiotics, Wuyizhimu, Chanyuomycin and Polyoxin were 85.97%, 57.89% and 70.18%, respectively. Jinggangmycin had no obvious preventive effect. Downy mildew has a therapeutic effect, fat-soluble penetrant on the kasugamycin treatment of grape downy mildew have a synergistic effect.
