《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出:“幼儿园的教育活动是教师以多种形式有目的、有计划地引导幼儿生动、活泼、主动活动的教育过程。教育活动的组织与实施过程是教师创造性地开展工作的过程。”在实施《纲要》的过程中,教师原有的教育观念会不自觉地支配着教师的教育行为,新旧观念的冲突制约着教师的专业成长。因此,我们决定从开展教育科研入手,以研带训,促进教师专业成长。
